Montem Leisure Centre

Montem Leisure Centre is one of the regions largest leisure centres where you’ll find lots of fun for the whole family.

Montem has won national awards for its quality health and fitness facilities and is also accredited by the Inclusive Fitness Initiative for its service to customers with disabilities.

If you want to be a regular user then why not take a look at the Synergy membership packages that we have to offer. For one, affordable monthly fee you can use all the facilities at Montem as often as you like. A Synergy membership will also give you access to other leisure facilities across Slough.

We also offer a Leisure Discount Card called Options providing you with discounts each time you visit Montem Leisure Centre. It provides great value and doesn't just give you priority on booking courses but gives you discounts at other Slough Community Leisure centres. 

Langley Leisure Centre

Langley Leisure is a fantastic family venue for swimming and health and fitness.

Langley is home to a Synergy health and fitness club which includes a large gym, 2 fitness class studios and a Spinning studio, all hosting classes throughout the day and evenings. Langley has two swimming pools. The beach pool is perfect for the little ones with its gradual decline into the pool, palm trees and water bubbles. The main pool is 25m and ideal for the more serious swimmer.

Kids can have great fun using the flume that winds around the outside of the pool. Look out on the timetable for the inflatable fun sessions when the giant inflatable takes over the pool!

If you just want some time to relax then why not use the Jacuzzi or steam room?

Slough Trading Estate Gym

Conveniently located on Liverpool Road, there is plenty of car parking for everyone and the club houses the very best state of the art facilities and offers benefits including Cardio equipment, Resistance equipment , iPod & iPhone audio and video docks, Separate free weights area, On site staff members, Personal Trainers available and a Huge free parking area.

Although there is everything you need to lose weight, tone up and get fit, we won’t just leave you to get on with it. Whatever your goals, our Synergy Fitness Team will guide you in the right direction and get you where you need to be. 

Herschel Sports

With the assistance of Lottery funding over £3 million has been invested to build state of the art leisure facilities. These new facilities include an indoor sports hall, dance/fitness studio, outdoor tennis/netball courts, an all-weather-pitch and changing areas.

Herschel Sports has a large indoor sports hall that has been designed to Sports England’s standards for indoor sports. In particular the sports hall has been equipped to a national standard for badminton and indoor cricket.

Absolutely Karting

Feel the thrill of flying around the track at high speeds trying to plan the next corner. If you want to shave valuable seconds off your lap time then our trained staff are more than willing to give out some advice which is sure to improve your time.

Absolutely Karting is the only karting venue in the south to have race tuned 270cc LPG engine pro karts with breath-taking acceleration. The Grand Prix circuit is a massive 1/3 mile and includes a phenomenal 50m straight where you can really put your foot down if you’re brave enough. We are near Colnbrook, Heathrow and Camberley with great transport links from London!

Go karting in Slough is the perfect team sport; if you want to improve on communication and team work there really is no other way that is as exciting as this! 

Absolutely Combat

Absolutely Ice

Welcome to Absolutely Ice, the one-stop ice entertainment venue for all the family & training venue for ITV's Dancing on Ice! At Absolutely Ice we have something for everyone with sessions for the entire family, disco sessions for the younger clubber who wants something different to do, and serious training facilities for the dedicated skater, and a full hockey programme including Slough Jets, SJJA and Ladies and Recreational teams.

Weekend day-times we’re dedicated to families with family skating and discos. During the week we run a timetable of patch ice for dedicated skating, lunch time training ice for those keen for a skate in their lunch-hour and the general skating sessions from 10:00am onwards.

We’re also home to Formula Freeze for the Go Karting thrill with the on ice Chill. Feel the need for speed in our super ice adapted Zip Karts. 

Spirit Venues

The Centre Conference Venue

Spirit Venues offers a unique & versatile venue for events in Slough.

The Centre Conference Venue has the flexibility to hold a vast range of events for business and pleasure.

Conference facilities cater for product launches, exhibitions, interviews, AGMs, sales presentations and meetings, from 2 to 700 delegates.  A wide range of lunch and break options are available.

The Centre Conference Venue is also popular for corporate dinner dances and concerts, gala dinners, banquets, Christmas parties, private celebrations and weddings  We work with you to create a memorable event and have the menu to match.

Large facilities are available to hire for exhibitions, auctions and concerts.

The venue is a modern, glass fronted building with a large atrium.   It is situated on the edge of the trading estate close to town, and on site parking for 200 cars. It has excellent road and public transport links and is fully accessible to disabled users.
