Montem Leisure - Ladies Only

Montem runs a full programme of activities exclusively for ladies. These activities place an important emphasis on privacy that allows full enjoyment of activities without feeling intimidated or on-show.

The swimming pool and spa facilities all have set times within their programmes. All viewing areas are screened off during these sessions to allow for privacy. There is even a member of our Security Team employed to ensure the Changing Village is only used by females during these sessions.

Synergy health and fitness has a separate gym just for ladies. This gym has a large selection of fitness and weights equipment to help achieve your fitness goals. Many of the fitness class programmes have been designated as ladies only.
